Deaf Professionals : We actively support Deaf Professionals and Managers and offer the following: Mentoring for deaf staff, One to one sessions, Talks on Being a Deaf Professional, Interview Skills workshop or coaching
Staff working with Deaf people : Notetaking Skills workshops , Deaf Equality seminars, One-day workshops on Deaf Issues.

Employment : We offer an advice and consultation service including Appraisal and assessment of D/deaf staff, Career counselling & redundancy issues for D/deaf staff, Troubleshooting for hearing managers with D/deaf staff
Projects : We take on projects where organisations have got "stuck", or do not have the in-house resources to manage it through to completion.

Expert Witness Reports : We are very experienced in deafness in education, employment and everyday life: and are often asked to prepare reports for court and tribunal cases.
