"What does the customer want?" is a question uppermost in the minds of companies, organisations, local authorities.
Thinking about this not only prevents costly mistakes, it also ensures that services are used and the benefits are clear.
Deaf customers are a clear client group; and here's where we come in. Deafworks has researched into Deaf customer perceptions for a variety of organisations. Our expertise enabled these agencies to develop their services to meet the requirements of their Deaf users, staff and clients.
All our research is carried out on the basis of our broad knowledge of deafness, usually employing deaf field-workers for interview work.
We carry out these aspects of research:
- Literature search
- Development of research structure
- Clarification of research issues
- Focus groups
- Face-to-face interviews
- Telephone interviews
- Email interviews
- Questionnaires
- Analysis of evidence gathered
- Report drafting, with executive summary.
