‘Getting it right first time. Every time’ is Deafworks’ new strapline.
Can we help you get it right first time too?
Deafworks is streamlining this year giving you better and more detailed attention. We offer a specialist Deaf Awareness service, focusing on troubleshooting issues and making things work effectively for you and your deaf staff within your company or organisation (if you want some Deaf Awareness training, do ask us and we might be able to help or to point you in the right direction). Call us if you have a deaf related issue and need to talk things through.
Taking a sign language course?
Amazon.co.uk is now stocking Deafworks’ best selling “Improve Your BSL! A practical learning guide to British Sign Language” for £5 + pp. It is a non-illustrated A4 paperback chock a block with everything you always wanted to know but couldn’t ask your tutor. BSL tutors love us as we explain how to learn BSL in a factual, straightforward way giving you some of the theory behind what BSL does.
Deafworks website
We are now clearing up the mess on our website after some hackers got in. All nice & shipshape again. Have a nosey round and see how we can help you help yourself – if you have something you need to talk through, just ring Nick Callow on 020 7689 0033 or email Laraine Callow on LC@deafworks.co.uk.
Research Reports
We did a count recently of the legal reports we have produced for solicitors and other people: the total of 55 came as a shock! If we were asked which were the most interesting to do, we couldn’t tell you – everyone and everything is both fascinating and challenging. We’ve covered fostering, employment, education, child care, you name it, we’ve looked at it. Click onto www.deafworks.co.uk/our-services/legal-reports/ . People ask us for case studies but we can never disguise them enough to still make sense as confidentiality is a cornerstone of our work.
Ten Top Tips and FAQs
We are continually adding these to our website – what do you need to know? Just ask Laraine and she’ll whip something up for you.
See you next month.
Looking forward to hearing from you very soon. Help us to help you get it right first time. Every time.
